    ELABORATION: Hydrate in cold water for at least 8 hours, prior to cooking. Cooking pressure 35-50 minutes, cooking in a pot 1,5-2 hours.

    ALLERGENS: May contain traces of cereals with gluten (wheat, rye, barley, oats, spelt, kamut or their hybrid varieties) and derived products.

    CONSERVATION: Keep the Castilian lentil in a dry cool place away from sunlight.
